Please do not email passwords, full payment-card details, security codes or highly sensitive documents.

Account and sign-in help

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to request a secure reset link. If an email does not arrive, check spam and confirm you entered the address used for your Sorilo account.

For account deletion, open Settings → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. Deletion is permanent, so export anything you need first. If an active Paddle subscription exists, Sorilo is designed to cancel and confirm it before completing account deletion.

Billing and subscriptions

Open Settings → Manage subscription to:

  • view your current plan;
  • update your payment method;
  • download invoices and receipts; or
  • cancel renewal.

Paddle is Sorilo’s Merchant of Record and handles checkout, payments, tax, invoices and billing support. You can also use the management link in Paddle’s email or visit Paddle Buyer Support.

Reporting a problem

When reporting a technical issue, include:

  • what you were trying to do;
  • what happened instead;
  • the page or feature involved;
  • your browser/device; and
  • a screenshot with private financial, client and payment information removed.

Never send your password, Resend/Paddle keys, full card number or security code.

Complaints

Email support@soriloapp.com with the subject Complaint. Include your account email, a clear description and the outcome you are seeking. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two UK business days and provide a substantive response within 10 UK business days.

Billing or refund decisions made by Paddle can be raised through Paddle Buyer Support. Privacy complaints may also be raised with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
