Sorilo Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026

This policy explains Sorilo’s trial, subscription cancellation and refund process. It should be read with the Sorilo Terms of Service, the Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy.

1. Trial

New Sorilo accounts ordinarily receive a 14-day cardless trial. No payment method is required and no subscription charge is made merely for starting this Sorilo trial.

Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, choosing and completing a paid Paddle subscription before the cardless trial ends starts paid access and charges you immediately. It does not wait until the unused Sorilo trial days expire.

Promotional access may have separate eligibility, duration and expiry conditions displayed when the promotion is offered.

2. Subscription prices and renewal

Sorilo’s standard plans are:

  • Monthly: £4.99 per month.
  • Annual: £49 per year.

Prices shown at checkout include or identify applicable taxes and take priority if they differ from this page. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. Paddle processes payments, calculates transaction taxes and sends receipts and invoices as Merchant of Record.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time by:

  • selecting Manage subscription in Sorilo;
  • using the management link in Paddle’s subscription email; or
  • contacting Paddle Buyer Support.

Unless you expressly choose and confirm immediate cancellation, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain Sorilo access until that date and will not be charged for another renewal.

An immediate cancellation ends paid access immediately. Deleting your Sorilo account also permanently removes access and is designed to cancel an active Paddle subscription before deletion. Export any records you need before deleting your account.

4. Refunds and withdrawal rights

Paddle is the seller and Merchant of Record for Sorilo subscriptions, so refund requests are administered by Paddle. To request a refund:

  • use View receipt, Manage subscription or the support link in Paddle’s email; or
  • visit paddle.net and choose the refund/support option.

You may also contact support@soriloapp.com so we can investigate product or access problems and provide relevant information to Paddle.

Except where required by law or Paddle’s policy, completed subscription charges are generally non-refundable and no automatic prorated refund is provided for unused time after cancellation.

Consumers may have statutory withdrawal or refund rights. Paddle’s current policy provides qualifying consumers with a 14-day withdrawal period for certain first subscription payments and provides UK consumers with a new 14-day period after an annual subscription auto-renews, subject to the policy’s conditions and any lawful loss or waiver of withdrawal rights after digital services have begun. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Paddle determines refund eligibility under its policy and applicable law.

5. Technical problems, duplicate or unauthorised charges

Contact support@soriloapp.com promptly if a material technical problem prevents access to paid Sorilo features. We will try to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, support a refund request through Paddle.

For duplicate, unrecognised or potentially fraudulent charges, contact Paddle through your receipt or paddle.net and notify your payment provider where appropriate. Do not send full card details to Sorilo.

6. Failed payments

Paddle may retry a failed recurring payment and may ask you to update your payment method. Sorilo may restrict paid access if a subscription becomes past due, paused or cancelled, while respecting any paid access period recorded against the subscription.
